The mission of Partners United for Children is to
broaden the awareness of the need for foster
and adoptive parents in the communities it
serves. It is our intent to enhance and
support neighborhood-based, culturally
competent foster and adoptive recruitment and
retention resources for children and youths
entrusted to the state of Connecticut.
